This Seller & Vendor Policy (“Policy”) governs how individuals (Parent Sellers) and businesses (Vendors or

Shop Owners) can list, rent, or sell baby gear through the Coodlè platform.

By registering as a Seller or Vendor on Coodlè, you automatically agree to comply with this Policy and all related Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not register or list any items on our platform.

1. Purpose

Coodlè allows parents and shop owners to host their baby gear for rent or sale.

This Policy ensures that every listing meets safety, hygiene, and authenticity standards while protecting the interests of customers, sellers, and Coodlè.

2. Eligibility & KYC Requirements

To list your gear, every Seller or Vendor must complete KYC verification. Mandatory Documents:

• ValidGovernment-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport)

• AddressProof (Aadhaar, Utility Bill, or Rental Agreement)

· Recent Passport-size Photograph

• OwnershipDeclaration for all listed gear

For Shop Owners / Business Vendors:

• BusinessRegistration Certificate / GST Number (if applicable)

· Authorized Contact Person’s Details

Coodlè reserves the right to verify, reject, or suspend any application that does not meet compliance requirements.

3. Listing Requirements

Every product listed on Coodlè must include:

• 4–6clear photos showing all angles of the product

• Ashort video displaying condition and functionality

• Accurateproduct details — brand, model, age suitability, specifications, and usage history

• Declaration if any part has been repaired, replaced, or modified Condition Standards:

• Productsmust be clean, disinfected, and fully functional

• No broken, torn, rusted, or unsafe items will be accepted

• Gearmust pass Coodlè’s 3-level safety and quality check
  
  

4. Compliance & Responsibility

• Sellersmust ensure their gear complies with Indian safety standards for baby 

• Coodlèmay inspect, verify, or reject listings that fail to meet 

• Coodlèis not liable for the authenticity, condition, or usage of third-party 

• Sellersbear full responsibility for ownership, authenticity, and safety of listed 
  
  

5. Rental & Sale Process

1. Pricing: Sellersmay set their own prices; however, Coodlè may suggest or adjust pricing to maintain platform consistency.

2. Payments:Coodlè will process payments and release them to sellers after applicable service fees and

taxes are deducted.

3. Deposits & Damages:

• Asecurity deposit may be collected from 

• Incase of damage or disputes, Coodlè will mediate based on photos/videos.

• Coodlè’sdecision will be final and binding.
  
  

6. Ownership & Authenticity

Sellers confirm that:

• Theyare the rightful owners of the 

• Theitem is authentic and not counterfeit.

• It is free from any third-party claims.

• Coodlè is authorized to market and promote the listing.
  
  

7. Prohibited Listings

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Unsafe,broken, or recalled products

• Counterfeitor imitation branded gear

• Itemswith hygiene issues (Mold, rust, torn fabric, )

• Productsmissing essential safety parts (belts, locks, brakes)
  
  

8. Quality & Safety Checks

Coodlè reserves the right to:

• Requestadditional product photos or inspection videos

• Conductin-person checks before or after approval

• Delistor reject any unsafe or non-compliant gear

• Suspendor terminate seller accounts violating this Policy
  
  

9. Liability & Indemnity

• Coodlèacts only as a facilitator between sellers and buyers/renters.

• Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Coodlè harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their listings or transactions.

• Coodlèwill not be held responsible for any accident, misuse, or damage related to third-party

products.

10. Data Privacy

All KYC and personal data will be processed according to Coodlè’s Privacy Policy.

By registering, sellers consent to the use of their product photos, descriptions, and videos for marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Termination & Enforcement

Coodlè reserves full rights to:

• Suspendor terminate any account for non-compliance, fraud, or repeated violations.

• Removeor hide listings without prior 

• Blacklistsellers who violate safety, authenticity, or quality.
  
  

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Vendor or Seller on Coodlè, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Seller & Vendor Policy in full.

Your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any future updates to these terms.
