1. Commitment to Quality
At Coodle, we take pride in providing premium-quality baby gear that is clean, functional,
and safe for every child. This policy outlines user responsibilities, handling expectations, and
applicable charges in the event of damage, misuse, or improper maintenance.

2. User Responsibilities
All rented items are delivered in sanitized, baby-safe, and operational condition. Customers
are expected to:
• Return items in a similar condition to how they were received
• Ensure gear is free of food stains, spills, or excessive wear
• Use equipment as per intended design and guidelines

3. Cleaning & Stain Charges
To maintain hygiene standards, the following cleaning fee applies:
• ₹699 Cleaning Fee: Applied if an item is returned with visible food stains, particles, or
soiling that goes beyond normal use
Important Note: Feeding children directly in gear (e.g., strollers, bouncers) is discouraged
unless a protective cover or feeding tray is used.

4. Damage Categories & Charges
All items undergo inspection upon return. Based on findings, the following categories and
charges may apply:
• Normal Wear & Tear: No charge (e.g., minor scratches, surface scuffs)
• Repairable Damage: Charges as per repair estimate. Supporting photographs and
invoices will be shared
• Irreparable or Lost Gear: Full replacement cost will be billed to the customer
Final classification and applicable charges will be determined by Coodle’s Quality Control
Team.

5. Prohibited Use
To ensure longevity and user safety, the following uses are prohibited:
• Disassembling, modifying, or attempting repairs independently
• Using gear in muddy, wet, sandy, or excessively dusty environments (unless
designated for such use)
• Sub-renting, lending, or using gear for commercial or promotional activities

6. Reporting Issues
In case an item is delivered damaged or non-functional, users must report the issue within 4
hours of delivery. Delayed reporting will be assumed as user-inflicted damage.

7. Our Fair Use Promise
We understand that parenting can be unpredictable. Our team is committed to assessing all
maintenance or damage issues with fairness, transparency, and empathy.
