At Coodle, we strive to make your baby gear rental experience smooth, transparent, and convenient.
Please read our rental policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Rental Duration & Extension
• Rental duration is calculated from the date of delivery to the date of return pickup.
• If you wish to extend your rental period, please inform our team at least 3 working days in
advance.
• Delay charges will apply per day if the rental duration exceeds the agreed period without
prior notice.
2. Transportation & Delivery
• Transportation charges are not included in the rental price.
• We use third-party agencies such as PORTER or BORZO for delivery and pickup.
• Charges are payable directly to the driver as per the agency’s app rates, not to Coodle.
• Self-pickup and self-drop are available during office hours (10 .30 AM – 3 PM, Monday to
Friday, Saturday 10.30 to 12.30 pm).
• Transportation can be arranged on request by Coodle; however, Coodle is not responsible
for any delay or damage caused during third-party transit.
3. Gear Inspection & Image Verification
• Upon receiving the rented gear, customers must inspect the items immediately and share
clear images or videos with our team within 1 hour of delivery.
• Similarly, before dispatching or returning the items, please share images/videos to confirm
that the gear is clean, complete, and in good condition.
• Any missing parts, damage, or malfunction must be reported immediately.
4. Cleanliness & Usage
• Kindly ensure no feeding or eating is done while your baby is using the gear.
• All stains, spills, or food marks must be cleaned before returning the items.
• Gears should be returned in the same condition as received—clean, dry, and properly
packed in the same cover or same size cover to be used.
5. Delay & Damage Charges
• Delay charges apply per day after the agreed rental return date.
• Damage or cleaning charges may be applicable if the gear is returned in unclean, stained, or
damaged condition.
• In case of severe damage or missing parts, replacement cost may be charged as per product
value.
6. Coodle’s Responsibility
• All Coodle gears are safety-checked, sanitized, and quality-inspected before each rental.
• Coodle is not liable for any indirect damage, transit issues, or misuse of the product once
delivered.
7. Customer Responsibility
By renting from Coodle, you agree to:
• Use the products only for their intended purpose.
• Maintain them responsibly during the rental period.
• Return them on time and in the same condition as received.
