How to balance High Chair
Step1- Take out the steel tube
Step2- Adjust height and Lock the steel Pipe
Step3- Slightly push in  the floor mat in the steel tube  and balance all the 4 floor mat
Step-4 Insert the Steel tube in the Frame base.
Step-5 Adjust the safety harness
Step- 6 Finally Install the Foot rest and Food tray.
