This document (“Agreement”) outlines the Terms and Conditions governing the rental and usage of
baby gear from Coodle (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By renting, receiving, or using any baby
gear from Coodle, the customer (“Renter”, “You”, or “Your”) acknowledges and agrees to the
following terms in full.

1. Assumption of Risk By renting baby gear from Coodle, the Renter understands and agrees that:
All baby gear is to be used entirely at the Renter’s own risk. – The Company shall not be held liable
for any accident, injury, or harm to the child or user arising from improper use, negligence, or failure
to follow safety instructions. – The Renter assumes full responsibility for the safe use, supervision,
and handling of the baby gear during the entire rental period.

2. Parental Supervision & Safety – The child must never be left unattended while using any Coodle
gear. – When using strollers, car seats, or high chairs, the safety harness or belt must be securely
fastened at all times. – Renters must double-check all safety locks, straps, and fittings upon
receiving the product. – Coodle conducts three levels of safety inspection before dispatch; however,
due to possible transit handling (via bike or mini truck), minor adjustments or damages may occur
during delivery. It is the Renter’s responsibility to verify gear safety before use.

3. Product Inspection and Acceptance – Upon delivery or self-pickup, the Renter must inspect the
gear thoroughly and ensure it matches the product shared in the video and images provided by
Coodle. – A gear usage video and installation guide will be shared with the Renter before or during
delivery. – Any damage, missing part, or malfunction must be reported to Coodle within 1 hour of
receiving the gear. – Once accepted by the Renter, the gear shall be deemed in good working
condition, and no refund or exchange will be entertained thereafter unless reported within the
stipulated time frame.

4. Refund and Replacement – Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the gear is found
damaged upon delivery and Coodle is informed within 1 hour with supporting images or video proof.- Claims made after acceptance or after use of the gear will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

5. Self-Pickup Terms – In case of self-pickup, the Renter shall personally inspect and test the gear
before collecting it. – Upon signing or taking delivery, the Renter confirms that the gear has been
checked and accepted in proper condition. – No subsequent claim for defect, mismatch, or
unsuitability will be entertained post self-pickup.

6. Damage, Theft, or Loss – The Renter shall be fully responsible for the safekeeping of the rented
gear. – In the event of theft, loss, or misplacement, the Renter must immediately file a police
complaint and provide a copy to Coodle. – In case of damage, the Renter must inform Coodle
immediately and refrain from further using the gear. – Any repair or replacement costs arising from
damage, misuse, or negligence shall be borne by the Renter.

7. Limitation of Liability – Coodle shall not be liable for: – Any injury, accident, or damage arising
from the use or misuse of rented gear. – Any manufacturing defect, wear and tear, or damage
caused during third-party transportation. – Any consequential or incidental losses arising from
delays, unavailability, or improper usage of the rented gear. – The Renter acknowledges that all
products are used and reconditioned, and accepts the same with full understanding.

8. Acceptance of Terms By renting or using baby gear from Coodle, the Renter hereby: – Confirms
that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. – Accepts full responsibility for the gear
and its safe usage. – Agrees that Coodle bears no legal liability for any harm, loss, or injury
occurring during or after use of the rented gear.

9. Governing Law This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore,
Karnataka.
