At Coodle, we are committed to making your baby gear rental experience smooth,
reliable, and worry-free.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Timelines
• Bangalore & Hyderabad: Orders are typically delivered within 48 working
hours from confirmation.
• Other Cities: Deliveries may take up to 7 working days, depending on
transportation availability and location.

Shipping Partners
For cities outside Bangalore and Hyderabad, deliveries are fulfilled through trusted
third-party logistics partners.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not included in the rental amount. Coodle uses PORTER or
BORZO courier services for transportation. The applicable delivery charges are
payable directly to the agency driver, as per the rates displayed on the respective
app, and not to Coodle.

Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items received at the
time of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original
packaging.
• Requests for returns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing
info@coodle.co.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery.
• Hygiene-sensitive items, such as car seats, baby carriers, or feeding gear
once used.
• Products rented under discounted or clearance offers.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange
for the same product, please email info@coodle.co with your order number and
photos of the issue.
Return Shipping Address
All approved returns must be shipped to:

We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns. Coodle is not
responsible for lost or undelivered shipments.

Refund Policy
Refund Process
• Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email
regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7
10 working days.
• Note: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and are payable to
the delivery driver. If applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from
the refund amount if not paid while shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
3. If the issue persists, please email info@coodle.co with your transaction
details.
Gifts or Promotional Items
Items received as part of a gift or promotional offer are non-refundable and non
exchangeable.
