Thank you for choosing Coodle. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are managed for all
rental orders.
1. Definitions
• Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) – Coodle, 41 Jayanagar Housing Society, Subramanyapura, Bangalore –

• Goods – Rental items offered by Coodle.
• Order – Your confirmed booking of rental items.
• Service – Our website and rental operations.

• You / Customer – The individual renting from us.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your rental order within the below timelines:
• More than 3 days before delivery – Full refund minus ₹1,050 (sanitization, packing & processing charges).
• 2–5 days before delivery – 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours of delivery / on-site cancellation – No refund.
• No-show for self-pickup – No refund.

3. Returns & Exchanges
• Items may be returned within 2 hours of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. A ₹750
handling fee applies.
• If the gear is defective, notify us within 2 hours for a free replacement.
• Used, soiled, or unsealed items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Incorrect items must be rejected at delivery.
4. Refund Process
• Refunds are processed within 4 working days via the original payment method.
• If delayed, please check with your bank/UPI/wallet provider before contacting us.
5. Return Conditions
Eligible returns must meet these conditions:
• Item booked within the last 4 days.
• Returned in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Non-returnable items include:
• Customized or personalized goods.
• Items unsuitable for hygiene reasons once opened.
• Goods inseparably mixed with others post-delivery.
• Discounted/sale items (unless required by law).
6. Additional Terms
• Late Returns: Late fees may apply if items are not returned on the agreed date/time.
• Early Returns: No partial refunds for early returns unless agreed in advance.
• Damage / Loss: Customers are responsible for damages, loss, or unclean returns. Repair/replacement
charges may apply.
• Security Deposit (if applicable): Refundable after inspection, subject to deductions for damages or late fees.
• Unforeseen Delays: Coodle is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control
(e.g., weather, strikes).
