By accepting this rental agreement, you are also accepting the Lessor Rentals website Privacy Policy, Terms of Use listed on the website. If you do not agree with the rental agreement, you must terminate pursuing hire equipment rental from Lessor Rentals immediately. Coodle ,a body corporate, incorporated under the Companies Act  1956 and having its registered office Vijayanagar (hereinafter referred to as “Lessor” which expression hall include its successor shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall include its successors and assigns)of the ONE PART and renter the user or hirer of in the equipment from Coodle residing or care of address(thereinafter referred to as “Lessee” which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof to be deemed to mean and include his and assigns)of the OTHER PART. Lessee undertakes the risk of loss or injury of any type. Lessee is responsible for all Leased/hired equipment from lessor and also for familiarizing themselves with the proper operation of the hire equipment before using. Lessee reserves the right to substitute equipment. In the event equipment becomes unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible. If we are unable to deliver a product due to premises access issues, we will contact you for an alternate destination to provide you with your baby equipment. If alternate arrangements cannot be made, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money within 4 working days. Lessee abide by any and all local laws enforced upon rental equipment and agree to use the hired equipment in proper terrain to avoid physical damages. Lessee is responsible for theft, loss, or damage to baby equipment and/or accessories. In the event of theft, loss, or damage while stroller(s) or accessories that are in the Lessees’ possession, the Lessee hereby authorizes Lessor to charge the Lessee for any costs to replace and/or repair lost or damaged rented strollers or baby equipment. (Lessee must lodge FIR at the nearest police station and share a copy of the FIR to Lessor) Lessor does not have any intentions to penalize its esteemed Lessees, but request to take personal care of the equipment they are imported & expensive. In the event of damage or loss the lessee accepts to bare charged for a new item and may have to bear the loss of future revenue based on the product demand. Lost equipment and accessories leased must be returned in the same condition originally received. Failure to do so will result in Rs 1000 fee for extra cleaning. (This applies to heavy soiling, food stuck inside the gears, marks in the gears which cannot be cleaned). Lost equipment and accessories will result in a charge of depreciated value of hired/leased equipment as they are expensive to replace, and parts availability is a major concern. Lessee agrees to return equipment and accessories (if any) to original pick up / delivery location, alternate/ change however Lessor will try its best on the same will be intimated to lessor in advance to check on feasibility on the same, however Lessor will try its best to pick / deliver to the change request and additional charges may be charged for the services subject to feasibility. Late returns will be adjusted from the deposit. Lessee is responsible upon receipt of hire equipment to inspect the equipment for proper functionality before usage. If at any time during the rental period equipment does not function properly. Lessee is requested to return the equipment immediately. After terminating use contact Lesser to make arrangements for equipment pick up. Lessee will then have the option to continue the rental period with replaced equipment and or accessories or receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the rental period. Rental Equipment and Accessories are to be used exclusively by the Lessee only. At no point renter will not pass equipment on to third party at any time and if the equipment is gifted to use, the lessee will share all the coordinates of the Co lessee and KYC documentations is mandatory. Your delivery/pick up site information may be disclosed with the destinations’ employees and staff. This allows proper drop off and pick up of rental equipment at the location of your choice selected upon reservation. By accepting this rental agreement, you agree to and acknowledge you have selected baby equipment that is acceptable for your needs. You understand Lessor Rentals is not the manufacturer or designer of rental equipment or accessories. Lessor Rental’s is not responsible to use manufacturer warranty for itself or the customer. You understand the rental equipment is rented as is. Please note baby strollers are for used wisely and with utmost care until return a Lessor intends to give the same experience and lifestyle to the next user who intends to Lease the same. All equipment will be leased subject to Lessor KYC and address proofs of the residents, however expatriates who avail these services on short/long term is subject to security deposit against the leased equipment. Lessor has the right to reject / cancel the services due to any suspicion and may also lodge an FIR in the nearest police station. Anyone giving false information to Lessor at time of hire. Will result in immediate termination of hire with immediate effect. Lessor will not tolerate anyone stealing or attempting to steal any hired /leased equipment from Lessor Rental’s and will result in full prosecution.
