Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for Renting at Coodle .

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Our refund and returns policy last 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your rental/purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Once Gears are delivered, we can replace the product if it is found to be mal-functioning and you report it within the first 4 hours of delivery. Please understand, that we incur significant logistics, packaging and handling costs to deliver the product to you.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Coodle, 9th main, Vijayanagar, Bangalore – 560040.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to rent from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your rental within 72 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling a rental is 5 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of rental.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Cancellation after confirmation and payment are subject to the following:

  • More than 5-days before baby rental delivery (date of delivery begins at 12:01 AM) – full refund minus a Rs 1050 fee (which includes Sanitization, packing, processing fee).
  • 5-days to 2-days before baby rental delivery – 50% refund of total order.
  • Inside 2-days before delivery of baby rental gear or On-Site cancellation – no refund.
  • No-Show for Self-Pick up no refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 working hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges/Re- Booking

If you are not 100% satisfied with your rental, we will gladly accept the return of gears within 4 hours of the sale date and will issue a full refund minus a handling fee of INR 750/-. All we ask that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. Coodle reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used. We will of course, replace free of any cost to you, any product delivered in a defective state. We urge you to not to accept an incorrect product, we will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered. The refund will be happened within 72 working hours of receipt and inspection of the goods and a new booking can be made again.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were booked in the last 4 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
