Shipping & Delivery

At Coodle, we aim to make your baby gear rental experience as smooth as possible.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Bangalore & Hyderabad: Orders are typically delivered within 48 working hours from the time of confirmation.

    • Other Cities: Deliveries may take up to 7 working days, depending on transportation availability and location.

  • Shipping Partner:
    As we do not operate our own delivery fleet outside Bangalore and Hyderabad, deliveries to other cities are fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics partners.

  • Shipping Charges:
    Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and may vary based on delivery location and product type.


Returns & Refunds

Our goal is to ensure every parent has a worry-free experience with Coodle.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items at the time of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Requests for return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@coodle.co.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery.

  • Hygiene-based items such as car seats, baby carriers, or feeding gear once used.

  • Products rented under a discounted or clearance category.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Note: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times may vary.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at info@coodle.co with your transaction details.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at info@coodle.co with your order number and photos of the issue.


Return Shipping Address

All approved returns must be shipped to:

We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return. Coodle is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


Gifts or Promotional Items

Items received as part of a gift or promotional offer are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
