At Coodle, we aim to make your baby gear rental experience as smooth as possible.

Delivery Timelines:

Bangalore & Hyderabad: Orders are typically delivered within 48 working hours from the time of confirmation.

Other Cities: Deliveries may take up to 7 working days, depending on transportation availability and location.

Shipping Partner:
As we do not operate our own delivery fleet outside Bangalore and Hyderabad, deliveries to other cities are fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics partners. -
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and may vary based on delivery location and product type.
Returns & Refunds
Our goal is to ensure every parent has a worry-free experience with Coodle.
Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items at the time of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Requests for return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@coodle.co.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery.

Hygiene-based items such as car seats, baby carriers, or feeding gear once used.

Products rented under a discounted or clearance category.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Note: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at info@coodle.co with your order number and photos of the issue.

Gifts or Promotional Items
